Remote Support

Remote Support allows us to provide our support services over the internet by establishing a secure link between our helpdesk and your computer. With this secure link we can troubleshoot your device and potentially resolve the issue without either of us leaving our premises.

This can save you time and money. Its also COVID Safe!

As you might be able to tell by now, this does require that the device is able to turn on, can boot into its operating system and is connected to the internet, if your device is able to do all that then Remote Support might be a viable option for you.

Its also easy to do:

  1. Contact us to pre-pay for a minimum of 30 minutes and schedule your session.
  2. At the scheduled time, our technician will phone you and provide you with a PIN to enter into this website This will begin downloading "Take Control.exe", our Remote Support Software.
  3. Once the file has downloaded, please run it and repeat the Support Request Number shown on your screen to the technician on the phone. (As seen in the image to the right)


Our staff will troubleshoot with you and repair the issue if we can, or provide you with clear steps needed to resolve.
